Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Post Your Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation within 5 business days.
